Which files can I get back?+
MCP returns PDF, Word, or PowerPoint. Spreadsheet inputs are accepted, but XLSX output is not available through MCP. Use Bluente Web when you need a translated workbook. See documentation ↗
Does every mode keep the original layout?+
Choose the mode for your document. Standard is for digital documents. Scanned overlay places translated text over the original scan. Scanned text creates a clean document and does not preserve non-text elements. Image mode is intended for graphics. See documentation ↗
When are credits used?+
Translation starts consuming credits when it is started. The document workflow shows the settings and cost for confirmation first; the raw translation tool starts immediately. Standard and scanned modes use 1 credit per page; image mode uses 5. See documentation ↗
Where does my document go?+
Files are sent to Bluente for processing. Tool results are also visible to your AI client. Review Bluente’s privacy information and your AI provider’s policies before sending sensitive documents. See documentation ↗
What if a download link expires?+
Hosted download links last 15 minutes. Ask your assistant for a new link. Refreshing a link does not translate the document again or consume more credits. See documentation ↗
